Shipping policy 

All orders are processed and are shipped out within 1-3 business days from when you placed the order (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. The notification will provide tracking information.  We ship with USPS First Class and Priority Mail. 

Once an item has been shipped, it is out of our hands and we cannot control when it will arrive, when it gets marked as delivered, we cannot locate your package if it goes missing, etc. If your package is missing please file a claim with your local post office as there is nothing we can do on our end.
